Vanilla Bean Einspänner (Vienna coffee)

Ingredients

  1. 15ml (1 pump) of Vanilla Bean Sauce
  2. Coffee espresso double shot (40ml)
  3. 100ml of cold water
  4. 130g of Ice
  5. Vanilla whipping cream (whipping cream 100g + vanilla bean sauce 15ml)

How to make

  1. Pour 15ml (1 pump) of Vanilla Bean Sauce into a glass.
  2. Add a coffee espresso double shot (40ml).
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Add 130g of Ice.
  5. Pour 100ml of cold water.
  6. Garnish with vanilla whipping cream.
