Yuzu Honey Ice Green Tea Recipe
A beautifully layered iced tea that combines the tangy brightness of yuzu, the gentle sweetness of honey, and the earthy intensity of matcha. Light, refreshing, and perfect for a vibrant tea menu.
Ingredients (1 Serving)
- 
Pomona Citron (Yuzu) Smoothie – 30ml
 - 
Honey – 10ml
 - 
Water – 250ml
 - 
Ice Cubes – 130g
 - 
Matcha Water – For topping
 
Matcha Water Ingredients
- 
Organic Matcha Powder – 5g
 - 
Hot Water – 20ml
 
Instructions
Prepare the Base
- 
In a 16oz cup, add 30ml of citron smoothie and 10ml of honey.
 - 
Pour in 250ml of water and stir until well mixed.
 
Add Ice
- 
Fill the cup with 130g of ice cubes.
 
Make the Matcha Water
- 
In a separate bowl or cup, dissolve 5g of organic matcha powder with 20ml of hot water. Mix well until smooth.
 
Pour and Layer
- 
Slowly pour the matcha water over the ice to create a beautiful layered effect.
